What are they?  Magnesium?  Carbon Fiber?

I would think the wheel manufacturer would've specified that.  You should
probably check with them -- this strikes me as the kind of question you
absolutely do NOT want to get wrong, all things considered.

Let me know what the rims are and I'll check with Martin at MotoWheels.
They sell lots of various and sundry lightweight wheels.  If anyone would
know, he would.
