Wow, this is my first post in over a year, so anybody new since then
won't know me and the ones who have been around, may not remember. To
those that do ... Hello again!

Throttle body syncs must be performed while the bike is running.
Therefore, removal of the battery, relays, ecu, would be contrary to
the procedure. Typically, the fuel system adjustments are performed
as the final operation in a tune up, that is, you should have already
completed your valve adjustments and anything else, like plugs,
filters, etc.

Throttle body syncs are also typically done at idle and off-idle.

Can't help on the actual location of your adjustment screws, sorry.
I've never worked on a FI 900.
