[Ducati] Spark plugs and plug wires for 748

Well I fixed the problem - the boot had come off the spark plug on the
vertical cylinder.  There was a bunch of corrosion in there from where it
had been arcing.  I cleaned it off and stuck it back on, but the resistance
is really high on the wire - several mega-ohms when it should be around 40
ohms.  So I assume I damaged the wire while trying to force it through the
stupid rubber boot so it would seat on the plug (which it didn't).  The
front wire was about 300 ohms, so only about 10x higher than it should be.
So time for new wires!
