That's my fault, the post went into a file that I have to manually approve  
(it's basically the spam bucket but once in a while a real post goes there. 
I've  been traveling and haven't had much time to read my mail so it was two days 
 before I got to that file maintenance.

I posted the reply at 08:36 GMT+1 on  31st August and I see it arrived
nearly two days later.  In fact the  first one of my three was sent nearly
two days earlier than that.   Perhaps their travelling surface  mail?
