fred, if you're referring to me, I didn't "call him out". I made a statement 
that his comments were innappropriate and unwelcome. in light of the stated 
purpose of the board and the resultant responses, do you disagree?

I then offered to discuss "offlist" why I thought his comments were also 
wrong. Some people need closure, some just want a mental punching bag. he 
knew he was brewing up a storm but went ahead anyway. that's antagonistic. I 
don't have much time for those people but I do welcome earnest respectful 
dialogue. on any topic.

see what I don't get, is why nonbelievers feel they have a right to shit all 
over other people's beliefs, usually with a good amount of vehemence and 
self-righteousness. whatever happened to courtesy? decency? or is that just 
reserved for people we agree with?

something else I find interesting, almost to the point of humor, is why some 
people feel threatened by comments like Nicky's giving God the Glory and 
credit for giving him whatever it took to win the championship.
