NDC.
I think the "Big Bad" from Buffy The Vampire Slayer was involved. I'm pretty
sure that if Valentino makes a deal, time will be turned back, he won't
crash, Hadyen will come in a close second and vampires will turn Pedrosa so
that his emotionless face will look more natural (being a "dead" guy).
Then the balance of the universe will be secure and children can play on the
streets with bunnies.
Or can they?.....

Ok, so it's All Hallow's Eve (Halloween) so we need spooky stuff. This "God"
fellow seems entirely not spooky, can we call him "Vlad"?
