I only got to see the last two laps, but I was very impressed with the whole 
affair. For Bayliss to win the race, Loris to come in second in the race and 
third in the championship, and still have Nicky win the championship was my 
fairytale ending to a great year of racing.



I was also very impressed with the post race interviews. Troy was very low 
key, cool and not full of self aggrandizement. Nicky specifically stated 
that it was a humbling experience and thanked everybody to include God. And 
to put the icing on the cake, Valentino was very gracious in his 
congratulations to Nicky.



It is refreshing to see truly extraordinary people achieve extraordinary 
accomplishments and retain their grace and class in the process, as opposed 
to "it's all about me".
