If Stoner can stay on his Ducati next season then we might honestly have
something to cheer about. With five crashes in races in 2006 plus a crash
in warm up in Germany that took him out of the race the season has been a
mixed bag for Casey. Once again, when he stays on his bike he makes a race
of it and is a real contender with one podium and eight finishes in the top
six. I guess that is one way to unsettle the Doctor by getting Stoner on
his ass and Valentino will be watching the track and trying to ensure he is
not taken out when Casey goes off the track.
Too bad about Sete and Ducati in 2006 because it had the making of a
spectacular year.
