I guess I should have said that it is easy to root for Nicky because in
addition to being our top US hopeful, he really seems to be a heckuva good
guy, and it's easy to hope that he does well. However, if KR Jr was in his
place, I'd still probably root for him, but not with the enthusiasm that I
have for Nicky. Having said that, Loris winning wouldn't be the worst thing
in the world. I am going to stick my neck out to say that I think that,
amazingly, Rossi is going to win again. Nicky was still struggling with
clutch troubleas of the last race, and I wonder if a little of the wind in
his sail has been taken away over the last few races. Rossi seems to have
more momentum at this time, Cap is smoking, and if Roboto gathers himself
back up these last two races, a lot of points could be snatched away from
Kentucky. Sure makes for exciting sh*t, though.
