Hey Steve, I'm only speaking for myself here, but I'm not rooting for Nicky
because he's a US rider.  I've said it here on the list before, and I'll
reiterate: Nicky was cool to my kid.  There's no better way to win the
hearts of parents than to be cool to their kids.  Nicky's not only a very
talented rider, he's heckuva good guy.  For that, he gets my support.

In AMA, I like Jake Zemke.  That's cuz he was cool to me.  That doesn't pull
as much weight as being cool to my kid, but it still makes an impression.
