[Ducati] Best method/equip for your Duc from being stolen is...?

I'll start with what didn't work for me on the last bike I had
stolen--one Kryptonite Fahgettaboudit chain (locked to a water riser
pipe) and a disc lock. Equaled one stolen 749s and a sad day (sigh).

I'd love to hear what's working.
