[Ducati] 12k Service

I am pretty sure I have one at home. I can certainly take the page from the 
service manual. 

replace belts, fuel filter, plugs.
Check/adjust valves, balance throttle bodies, adjust mixture, change 
clutch/brake fluids, oil/filter, prefilter clean, fork oil?, chain 
clean/lube/adjust, bolt tighten, replace (check?) air filter, check brake 
pads, check steering pivot bearing clearance. 

Some other stuff to think about:
swingarm/damper pivot lube, check wheel bearings. 

those are off the top of my head.
