[Ducati] Bud Turner

I never got to meet Charles "Bud" in person...but we did exchange  
emails some years back regarding trips on the 900SS and how my SO and  
I should try to make it down his way where we would be welcomed by  
the Intrepid Cafe Racers group...and perhaps even catch a track day  
to top it off.

Somewhere I'm hoping I still have a copy of the map he sent back  
then...a memento of how Bud was one of those true assets to the  
Ducati community who wanted to share with others the things that gave  
him enjoyment in life.

Vicki, hearing that story is just proof that what comes around goes  
around and it's so great to hear that the hospitality Bud seemed to  
extend to members of the list was reciprocated by the Italians to  
help him fulfill a lifelong dream.  And once again, as list muse, you  
found just the right story to capture it all.
