This isn't just an advertising claim or arbitrarily extending the schedule  
just to gain market share. It's a result of years of chasing down the elements  
that have resulted in extended labor hours and unnecessary parts changing 
caused  by one thing or another (it's 4am and I am just back from Italy a few 
hours ago,  this is the best I can explain in my current stupor.  I'd be happy to 
 elaborate later).  It's in my opinion intelligence applied to the  
maintenance process and a clear result of the efforts Warren is  describing.
