[Ducati] Daytime running lights (Was: Traction Control in the AMA)

Daytime running lights are grossly over rated.

So they let you see a car 300 feet further down the road (or whatever the
statistic is).  The roads where i can see that far are long and straight and
generally unobscured. If i need more help seeing cars in such an enviroment
I shouldn't be driving

Where seeing cars as soon as possible is useful is on twisty and/or
obscured roads where you can't see more then 100 feet or so down the road
anyhow.  And if the lights are required for you to see the cars at that
distance, then you again, shouldn't be driving.

DRL were someone looking at the numbers and not thinking about if they'd
really be usefull or not.
