[Ducati] Ethanol blends

My 749 doesn't have O2 sensor either but it does have cats (2).
   
  Maybe the S4Rs is the first Ducati to have a closed loop(?) FI system w/ O2 sensor? 
  Needed to meet the stricter Euro3 emissions standards?

None of the ones in Europe have O2 sensors that I've seen, and my SS had 
cats before I removed them.
