[Ducati] Starting problems - update

I am not real sure about the Ducati ECU but on american autos the fuel 
pump it turned on for several
seconds when the key is first turned on then when the engine starts the 
oil pressure sensor needs to
have an output to the ECU or the engine shuts down. We do have an oil 
pressure switch and I dont
have my schematic with me but some of the replies where the owners 
report that the bike shuts down
leaving a gas station an such could be oil pressure related or a faulty 
switch. Just a thought.
