I'm going to resist getting drawn into the fray (although, of course, I'd
love to), but you can't have it both ways. Either contact the poster
privately or don't respond publicly if you don't want it on the list. Sorta
like smacking somebody and then saying, "...but I'm against violence so
don't hit me."
