Hey Ray, it has oem CF hugger, front fender, side fairings, front fairing
ears( those wing like parts attached to the front ), Ohlins's shock, fork
and damper, OZ wheels...if you ever wanted all the tasty bits this is the
one to get ! :)

Holy crap, Paul , that's a Smokin' deal! the '02 doesn't have the radial
brakes but it does have the carbon fairing, right? and Ohlins and Oz wheels
as you mentioned. smmmmmokin'....
