Yeah, looks pretty clear-cut to me.  If you want to mess with him some more,
though, tell him to send you pictures of himself wearing a Ducati Corse
leather jacket holding the title.  One pic of him holding the title, one
close-up of the title under the Ducati Corse logo on the jacket.

He'll probably vanish, but it'd be cool if he took the time and the trouble
and the expense to actually BUY a Ducati Corse leather jacket, forge a
title, and then take the pics.

Or do something more devious.  Convince him you're very interested and the
cash is at the ready.  Tell him WU needs him to send you a small amount of
cash -- like $1 -- to verify the destination.  Ask him to take all kinds of
pictures of himself wearing various Ducati-logo apparel to prove he's really
a Ducati fan.  Ask him to remove the sprocket and ship it to you as proof
(obviously he can get a sprocket anywhere, but play dumb and let him think
receiving a sprocket would convince you).  Have fun with it.  :)
