Rod,
You need to put it all in writing to your dealer i.e. what the problem/s
is/are, when you first notified the dealer of the problem/s and the history
of the attempts at remediation. CC this to Ducati UK who are based at
Avebury House 201-249
Avebury Boulevard
Milton Keynes
Tel.: +44 845 1 222996
Fax: +44 845 1 222748
E-mail: info at ducatiuk.com
Then you should have the work covered by the terms of the warranty as the
fact that your dealer has taken forever to rectify the faults is not
anything within your control as the faults were notified during the
warranty period.
Also it is worth giving Ducati UK a bell as I have found them to be more
than helpful every time I have spoken or e-mailed them.
Barry (also UK about 10 miles from Ducati UK)

.........The warranty is coming to an end in June so I am a bit worried
that if no
solution arises he will start charging me.
Is it worth contacting Ducati direct,I am in the U.K. by the way.
Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks Rod
