Drink more wine.

I eat once a day.  I drink 1/2 bottle with dinner, plus maybe a beer and an 
aperatif before, and perhaps a grappa after.  Based on advice from a retired 
pro-hockey player friend of mine, I have cut down consumption of pasta, 
bread, potatoes, etc.  I almost never drink sweetened drinks, even drink my 
coffee and tea black.  Also, I rarely eat desserts.  Currently at 185, down 
from 200 six months ago.  I think around 5 years ago I hit 220, and decided 
I had better do something about it.  I plan to get down to 175 or so by 
years end, and stay around there.
