I know I do this periodically, but I'm doing it again (hey, after 2 years of
"feelers" I finally sold my 900FE)...

1997 748/853
853 kit installed by Nichols
Nichols flywheel
New dealer-installed starter sprag and gear
Evo clutch slave
Steel braided brake & clutch lines
Galfer wave rotor on front, lightened rear rotor
New Electrex R/R installed by Motowheels (relocated to rear under tail by
P.O.)
New Surflex slipper clutch (this thing rawks)
CF clutch cover
CF left & right middle body panels
CF airbox panels (not CF airbox, they're just cosmetic, bolted to the sides
of the a/b)
Zero-G smoke windscreen
Bip subframe with Mono tail
Corbin saddle
Manually activated aux fan for extra cooling (toggle on left handlebar)
Cycle Cat clip-ons (2" rise)
FBF Forza CF exhaust
Nichols oil breather
Stock gold 3-spokes with D208GP's; around 70-75% tread remaining
Front white number plate (decal)

No-Cost Extras:
Stock exhaust
Helibars
Stock clipons
Some other stock bits & pieces
Rear stand (shown in pics, below)

Extras for sale:
5-spoke Marchesinis (blue) with spankin' new Metz Race Techs

Warts:
Some paint chips
19,500 miles (give or take, depending on how much I ride it in the near
future)
Left case beveled a bit due to P.O. lowsiding at Laguna Seca, still
structurally sound
3 alt cover bolts have been helicoiled (my fault *blush*)
Even though Motowheels checked out the electrics and replaced the regulator,
I have a sneaking suspicion there may be lingering electrical issues. The
bike runs fine and charges, and the battery holds a charge, but when I rev
over 7,000 RPMs the headlight dims.
The bike's been running hotter than normal recently, but not overheating.
She needs a valve adjustment. Last one was at about 14,500 miles according
to the P.O. and I don't have the dosh to do it right now.

I'm thinking $5750 for the bike, $1000 for the rims & tires
Maybe shave off $250 if you buy the bike & the spare rims -- $6500 as a
package deal

You pick up or pay shipping; I could deliver within about 100 miles of
Sacramento. If the buyer pays the tab, I'll take it to MotoWheels for a
tune-up before delivery.

Any interest?
Here's a couple of pics (with the blue rims on):
