[Ducati] CR's and SP's

Love them both, but when I decided to join the ranks, I had to see all the
good stuff that is covered by the SP fairing. Yes, there are some down-rated
components compared to the SP, but I got to spend a bunch more money on
carbon pieces like belt and clutch covers. And for three seasons, during '99
to '02, we gave fits to the Jap 600's on track days. Finally returned the
Duc to full street glory and went over to the dark side with a whip me/beat
me gsxr600 for track duty, but it was sweet having the Duc on the track. My
clutch is good also-but I did have to replace the slave with a Yoyodyne unit
after mine crapped. Otherwise, a very reliable bike.
