[Ducati] Cleaning out carbon buildup

I have used oven cleaner with great success. When the little woman is out of 
the house heat the parts in the oven to around 450 to 500 degrees and hit it 
with oven cleaner. Of course you'll have to explain the funny oder in the 
kitchen to the little woman. Let the oven air out a bit before you use it 
afterwards as it makes your quiche taste like an old dinosaur...;-}>
