Rhymes with Medici, which is the family you'll have to be from to
afford it.

Another beautiful and technologically stunning Duc. 16 Ti valves, 200+
HP, top-o-tail exhaust exit and.... NO BELTS!!! Still, imagine the 6k
service bill `8-[

The lights and intake on the nose fairing look like ONE PISSED-OFF, uh,
guppie? Mean, but a little friendly. I hate to use the word "cute".
Interesting anthropomorphic design discussions going on in the
fully-faired bike design contest these days. Ttake the new big Kaw with
six or eight lights up front - please! It would look like a 747
barreling down on you at night.... maybe a good thing, but boy is it
Ugly. Back to the D16, the lines are clean & crisp, and smooth, and a
conservative step away from the radical departure of the 999. Has the
Marketing Department chimed in to the process? I would have liked to
see the design team go wildly radical and innovative, since at this
financial altitude, they'll sell every last one to "collectors" before
the bikes leave Italia. IMHO, the Top Duc should be Out There blazing a
trail from a visual design standpoint as well as technologically. But,
given the current corporate financial sail trimming, maybe now's not
the time. Still, the new bike is bellissimo!
