[Ducati] No traction control after all...

Was it last season that Mladin was scoffing at EBoz's suggestion that the 
Yoshimura boys had TC, and his team put a "traction control" sticker next to 
the throttle on his bike?  Ho ho ho, big laughs all around.

This week, he's saying "please tell me why we shouldn't be using traction 
control?"
