As a snot nosed little snob growing up in Philadelphia, I had quite the culture shock moving to Tidewater Virginia while in high school. After 10 years there, and many more years knowing great people from all over the south; I'd go to bat for a hillbilly pretty much anytime.
Wendell, it was great to meet you at Hill House. It was quite the weekend for me, in many respects, and shooting the shit with fellow enthusiasts ranked way up there.
I didn't reply to any of your questions, cause I didn't know anything that might help (I don't know much about anything anyway). And still, regarding the body parts for the 999, I don't know of any source. I haven't tried to fix any body work on the SP, but with both the Alazzurra, and the Honda VF750 before it, I just bodged the fairings back together with a fiberglass repair kit (which pops apart at the first impact).
I too got confused about who was who for most of the weekend at Hill House, although I expect to remember a lot of you next year. See you then,...right?
