[Ducati] Front brake hose routing (98 916)

There should be a little black plastic fitting that the crossover hose
snaps into. It looks like it's riveted, but the underside has what
appears to be a post with a push on ring. If you've still got the
straight-in brakelines, you should probably be more concerned about the
lines pinching the fender into contact with the tire.
