[Ducati] Cranky Neutral Light

Funny timing Scott....I got on my 95 900 SP this morning and the neutral
light wont come on even if it is in neutral. But my problem is a bad bulb.
First bulb I've had to replace , with the exception of the head light, since
I bought her in june of 95.
