You need to bleed from everywhere.  Bleeding is 
not just to remove air, it is also to remove bad brake/hydraulic fluid.

Hydraulic fluid is hygrophilic, which means that 
it attracts water (actually absorbs 
it).  Condensation and humidity can introduce water to your brake fluid.

You should flush out your brake fluid at least 
annually with completely new fluid.  This 
requires you to bleed from the calipers.  Make 
sure to use DOT4 or the non-silicon based DOT5.1 
type (not sure what they call it in Europe, double check your owner manual)
