[Ducati] 98 916 alternator to regulator connector

I don't recall the gauge now, but replacing with 10 sounds right. I 
didn't bother to go all the way to the alternator like some folks have 
done. I couldn't see the point of running new wires to the stator only 
to neck them down to a smaller gauge at the reg/rect where it's all 
epoxied together. I just cut the connector out and soldered in a piece 
of 10 long enough that I could get everything clear to work on the bike. 
No problems since.

I suspect the biggest issue is the resistance through the blade connectors.
