[Ducati] 748 overheating

Is it overheating at highway speeds? The fan doesn't help at speed. I'd
check some obvious things, coolant level and the thermostat would be easy to
check. You can also check to be sure there aren't air bubbles in the system.
After this would be the coolant pump.
