[Ducati] 748 Instrument Panel Mounting Screws

I just noticed that my instrument panel is hanging on by one screw.
It looks like the screws have pulled out of the rubber sleeves in the back  
of the instrument panel.
I've looked at the parts fiche, and there aren't any replacements for the  
screws themselves, just the nuts.
Anyone have a fix for this?
This seems like a very fragile setup.
