Nice vids Chris.  One question though - the pulleys on the engine you  
used didn't seem to have large diameter keeper washers on.  There is no  
way I can slip a belt over my pulleys without taking the nut and washer  
off first.  Were these washers discontinued for later models and can I  
therefore also do away with them or maybe fit the equivalent part from a  
newer engine?

Hey Stuart,
My 94 M900 had the lips on the pulleys.  I would also have to take the  
pulleys off to get new belts on.  The newer bikes dont have them, so I took  some 
pliers and simply pulled them off.  No problems and many many miles  since.
