Tom is right on. I noticed this a little while ago too. If you look at
the prices in UK Pounds (11,250) quoted in the MCN review article...and do
a little conversion to USD, you'll see the US price is VERY US friendly.

No, it's because they are dumping in the US market. The 1098 costs the
same
as a 999 everywhere else in the world.
