Hi John
You should be able to pull the rod with the bearing. They only thing
holding the rod in might be a couple little o-rings. So grab that
pressure plate and pull. There usually is a tiny hole in the cap that
goes between the rod and the pressure plate bearing. You might be able
to drive the rod out of the cap with a small drift on a sturdy bench.
Replace the bearing while your in there and the o-rings.
