Rudi,

It's just low voltage and a possible security issue.
Same thing happened to me (11 volts) except I left the parking light on for
a few hours.
Put a charge on the battery until it gets back up to around 12.5 volts or
ride it with a jump. You may have to use the red key as the computer may
believe it has been tampered with to get it to start.

It is a good idea to always take the "Red Key" along on important rides
because it is impossible to start if the voltage drops or the battery is
disconnected.

Hi All

I have a 2005 749. Rode it yesterday and everything was just fine. This
morning turn the key, lcd comes on but no ssssshhhh noise from the pump.
Checked the fuses and they are all ok. Checked all the plugs and they
seem fine.
Battery level is on 11.9V. Any suggestions please.

Thanx

Rudi
