Yes. My '04 MS100DS had the valve guides replaced under warranty at Munroe Motors in San Francisco at 14,000 miles.

Has anyone seen, or heard of premature valve guide wear in 1000DS engines.
I have a 2003 M1000 in my workshop at present with valve-guide clearances of approximately 0.10mm-0.20mm. All the extra clearance is in the guides as the valves have negligible wear. This bike has done just over 20000kms and is in for it's 20K service.
I have not had to replace a valve guide on any belt model Ducati engine, due to wear, for years and would like to know if anyone else has seen this problem.
Noel.
