Hi Ken
Yes this is true and would be a solution based on physics but alas not
really fairer for the rider. So a compromise of applying the weight to
the bike at least makes the mass that is hurled into a corner or
accelerated out of one equal. A slight weight distribution advantage
still goes to the lighter rider.
