[Ducati] Misc ponderings about regulators

 In Canada vehicles require a running light at all times and I have not had
regulator issues with my 93ss, perhaps this is why.

Yes, running with the lamp off and the battery fully charged would result in
more current through the regulator and increased risk of failure.  Later,
