Hey Steve -
That's great news. I am going to try them on my 1990 Sport with 16" wheels
front and rear. I am getting tired of those awful Michelins. It should be
interesting to see how the change in profile affects the handling. It looks
like I will have to modify the fender mountings to get enough clearance.

I put Avon AV45/46 ST's on my Yamaha FJ1200 for the first time this year and
am really impressed with them. I just did a 2200+ mile 6-day tour around
Lake Superior, much of which was leaned over and riding at 80% (with
luggage...clothes and camping gear). The tires never once let me down and
even worked well in the rain. I've got about 4K miles on them now and
they'll clearly go another 6K or more. They cost about $225/pair and I
intend to replace them with the same thing when the time comes. Highly
recommended.
