it's just a piece of plastic held in by a rubber grommet.  can be fairly hard to get out, levering is the only way.  the elbow it goes into is a fairly std part - also used in the seperate reservoir rear master cylinders like guzzi use.  email me at work - motobrad at bigpond.net.au - and i'll see what i can find for you.  we carry lots of brembo stuff, as does yoyodyne.
