[Ducati] Getting a motor vehicle from Canada to California

Don, make sure it has a 50-State Compliant US EPA or CA-Compliant  
plaque/sticker. Also the CA DMV website is pretty good and may  
provide the needed info & forms. The Synchro's are cool, if complex.  
If you haven't already, check in on their web "Lists" to get tips on  
importing these models, as well as on preemptively rectifying a few  
potentially expensive issues relating to the wasserboxer engine. I  
have a '99 Eurovan Camper with the VR6 engine, and it's Posh, with  
room for a Duc inside with its low rear deck and huge back hatch - a  
far cry from the '72 Westy I practically had to push over the  
mountains when I headed West!
