being big into planes as a younger fella, i remember reading the sr71 would
leak fuel when sitting on the tarmac ready for take off due to the fact they
expanded so much in flight that everything had to be made to allow for such,
hence leaky fuel tanks.

is that crap?  sounded a bit like crap to me.
