I am with cody on this, the passenger is usually nervous with someone who
talks and forgets to drive. They have a vested interest in getting somewhere
in one piece.

I'm tossing a BS flag on that play.

With rare exception, passengers either shut up or let out a blood
curdling scream when you're about to smash into something. Most people
on the other end of a cell conversation are still occupying themselves
by shouting "What?!" as you and your passenger are tossed clear of the SUV.
