[Ducati]Dying 749

I have a 2004 749 and I also experience the heat issue in stop and go city
traffic. On the open road my bike keeps an almost even temperature at 75
Celsius (167) but as soon as I have to make a few consecutive stops the
temperature hits 95 (203) and the bike will stall while idling at a light.
I am used to this problem so I keep an eye on the gauge and give it a little
gas while at idle. It is still a pain in the ass and another reason I hate
riding on city streets.
A friend of mine has the same bike but he has the aftermarket exhaust and it
runs about five degrees cooler in city traffic. Regardless of cost, the
exhaust is on the radar as it sounds and performs so sweet.
