Battlefield 2: Modern Combat on Xbox Live! A LOT of fun. (of course, I call
it research for the site I own - www.cheatcodes.com) :)

Jules,

I'd have stopped. I think it was the HD guy's fault. I think he was
stupid. I think he learned something from his excursion. I've done stupid
things. I'll do more stupid things. I don't think the cager had any moral
responsibility to stop once he was sure the biker was attended to, and he
obviously was. I have a Harley Davidson. I do stupid things on it, too. I
have no anti-HD bias. I'd have checked on the bevel...without a doubt.

Enough with the simple statements.....who brought the beer? Seriously,
though, give a holler when you're in the area and I'll show you Deal's Gap
and why the HD guy did something less smart than you can imagine!! I live
about 90 minutes from Deal's Gap and I'd be happy to take a ride with ya!!

BTW, what online gaming are you into lately. I've been sampling a number of
360 titles....Call of Duty 2, Perfect Dark Zero, etc. and I've been a PC
gamer for years. Holler if you need some FarCry or something!!! I suck,
but I make an excellent target. 8 )

Cheers,

the cager was at the very least a witness. you can have no fault in an
accident but still be involved in it. was the cager innocent? of course.
was he involved? maybe a leo can answer that... at the scene...

but regardless of all that yes, my main point was that he should have
stopped out of human decency. if it had been me driving I would have
stopped. I'm amazed at the number of you that are of the "well the harley
guy deserved it, 'cause he's stupid" variety. I'm sure non of you have ever
done anything stupid...

or is it that he was on a harley? would it have been different if that was
a beautiful 74 bevelhead? I'm betting someone here would have stopped just
to check on the bike :P
