[Ducati] NDC: Don't pass at the Gap

I remember when the old guy ran the gas station and the speed limit was 55.
Its still not bad in the early hours, squids and the like usually don't rise
early. We still go down there once a year for a week of biking fun in the
area - not just the gap.

I can't agree with that anymore, there was a time, but now the gap is
overrun with squids, harley riders, ricers, and on and on....
