I think a large number of non-bikers, when given the option of stopping in a
crowd of bikers that are stereotyped a "bad boys" (and even though it wasn't
their fault, logic doesnt win over group rage) would choose the safer route
of driving away and calling the cops.
I think the whole 'they're gonna kill us' notion is alot more prevalent than
you think.
And in your great United States, the bikers would figure out a way to sue
the vehicle driver for millions just because he was there.
(Another stereotype that is sometimes true.)
